Outpost Shooting Range provides the most amazing pistol range to accommodate shooters of all different levels of experience.

This main range offers a carnival of targets to shoot from bullseye to reactive steel and allows you to even compete with a friend at the dueling trees targets. After walking through the beautiful retail pro shop, the pistol range is conveniently located at the rear of the building. After gearing up with your eyes and ears in our muffled control room step onto the range and find yourself greeted by the smell of gunpowder and the smiling face of one of our Range Safety Officers. Skip the line as this shooting range offers one of the largest outdoor pistol ranges in Central Florida boasting over 30 shooting positions! Even during a hot summer day it is cool and comfortable as this range is equipped with overhead fans, insulated ceilings and a low hanging roof line eliminating most of the blue sky and sunlight.

Make yourself at home and set your range gear on our large bench seating with built in stowing area for your comfort. After checking in, pick what type of target you would like to shoot. Lanes 1 thru 6 offers .22 caliber steel targets with reactive plates and dueling trees at different distances. Lanes 7 thru 27 offers adjustable distance bullseye targets with yardage markers that make moving your base a breeze. Just pick your distance between 7, 10, 15, 20 & 25 yards and place your stand to the distance of your choosing. Be sure to bring your favorite paper target to install onto our sturdy corflute backers. These are pre-installed so you can avoid the dreaded wet cardboard and staple experience.

Make the steel ring? Lanes 28 thru 30 offers up to 45 caliber IPSC steel targets and reactive round static targets from a distance of 7 to 25 yards. To further convenience our shooters, we have installed state of the art brass catchers at each firing point that catch roughly 90% of spent brass and greatly reduces the amount of time spent on clean-up in between your shooting activities. These brass catchers help to ensure our range remains clean and well-kept during each visit to Outpost Range.
