DESCRIPTION:Hello Girls- Trigger Angels Women’s Shooting Club at Outpost Range Saturday May 6 \nTrigger Angels is established by Women for Women Shooters. \nThe first gathering is Saturday May 6th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Outpost Range in Lecanto. \nCost: $15 \n-present your Outpost Range day card or higher for access to the shooting range. If you do not have a range card yet see our Pro Shop for all the details. \nWhat to expect: \nTrigger Angel events are intended to be fun\, social gatherings where women can come together for support\, encouragement and ask questions in a nonjudgmental environment. The goal is to not only to improve marksmanship but also meet new friends in the shooting community. Some events offer lady guest speakers who talk about their firearms knowledge. \nNew to Shooting: \nYou do not need experience only the desire to learn from each other and encourage each other in a positive environment to build confidence. \nWhile our goal is to educate women on safe and accurate shooting\, Trigger Angels is about so much more than shooting! It’s about empowerment\, support\, friendships\, self-reliance\, while having fun at the range. \nTrigger Angel events are supervised by female Certified Firearms Instructor. \nThese events are not a formal training class but more of a casual club learning environment. \nExperienced in Shooting: \nWe are excited to have you join our events to educate and encourage women about firearm usage\, safety\, and promote women’s shooting interest. (Traditional 18 and 9 meters distance).\nScoring: Shooter is scored out of a possible 300 points and possible 30 x’s. \nCompetition Rules – \n1. 5-week program\, minimum of 4 weeks scoring required for the grand prizes and Bragging Rights.\n2. Shooter may either drop their lowest score from all 5 weeks or not attend one week.\n3. Shooter will fire 3 arrows within a 2 minute timespan per end\, for a total of 10 ends.\n4. After 5 ends the shooters take a 15-minute break.\n5. When shooting the three-spot target\, archers can shoot at each spot in any order. However\, they cannot shoot more than one arrow per spot. Any unfired arrows would be counted as zero points.\n-Recurve shooters are given a bullseye target.\n6. See image on back of the score sheet for scoring points.\n– An arrow touching the line marking the edge of a greater scoring area shall be given the higher score.\n7. A Shooter is scored out of a possible 300 points and possible 30 x’s.\n-X rings are counted for tie breakers.\n8. After each round\, shooters will use the buddy scoring system with the person next to them. Each buddy would score the others then return the score sheet to the original shooter. At the end of each night shooters will turn in their score sheet to the RSO’s where final score is recorded.\n-It is the responsibility of the shooter to verify their score is correct.\n9. At the end of 5 weeks\, the shooter with highest total score will be chosen as winner.\n10. Shooters may show up 20 minutes early to practice.\n11. Shooters must straddle line and have one foot touching back of the firing line.\n12. If more than 16 shooters\, line 1 shoots the top targets\, while line 2 shoots the bottom targets.\n13. If an arrow is dropped before the marked dropped arrow line it may be reshot after the two minute time is complete. The RSO will make the line safe before doing so. If the shot is past the ten-foot drop line it will be counted as a zero.\n14. SUMMARY:Know Your Limits! Rifle Fun Shoot 2 Matches. Double Match Double prize Money!
DESCRIPTION:The cost of each Match Event – $20\nThis Fun Shoot is open to All skill levels even first timers.\nBring a Rifle and ammo for the match you want to shoot or shoot Both. \nWhat is Know Your Limits (KYL)\nYou engage a KYL steel target by starting with the largest target first and shooting each subsequently smaller target gaining points for each target struck. You can stop at any target to keep the points you’ve earned. The catch is that if you miss\, you lose all your points. To get as many points as possible you need- to know your limits. \nThe know your limits drill (KYL) is a great way to practice your marksmanship skills.\nTarget consist of 7 targets sized from bigger to smallest: 8/7/6/5/4/3/2″ \nRules \nThere are 7 targets in total. Hitting a target allows the shooter to progress to the next smaller target or opt out to keep his points. There are 3 sets making up the match. \nThe shooter can opt to stop at any time. If the shooter proceeds to the next target and takes the shot but misses he loses all of his points and is out of the match for that round with a score of zero\, hence the name “know your limits”. \nThe target stand is placed at 100 yards for the match. These matches are Open Division where shooters may fire from the prone\, sitting\, or bench positions using bipods\, sand bags- front and or rear as rests but no sleds please. Iron sights\, red dot or optics are allowed. \nTargets must be shot in order\, largest to smallest. Target must visibly “swing” to be counted as a hit (Range Officials decision is final). If a target is shot at and missed or shot out of order\, you lose all accumulated points for that set. You may stop at any time and keep all points earned for that set. If time runs out and you have not missed\, you keep your points for that set. \n• A Match is 3 sets shot. Score for a match is the total from those 3 sets.\n• Target point assignment: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 = 28 possible points per round\n• There is a 3-minute time limit per set starting at the buzzer after load and make ready.\n• NO COACHING – Shooter is responsible for hitting correct target\, doping wind\, etc.\n• Scores are announced at end of each match. Ties go to a shoot-off w/1-minute time limit.

Target the game food but don’t rush into danger till you have cleared the rest of the field. \nNavigate through the marauders taking one situation at a time. Under fire there are surprise targets and Pragmatic rats. If the rats reach the game food they will infect your hunt. \nAdding a kicker to that\, your out of bullets\, think twice and load the ammo you find.
